Congratulations!! Food Science and Technology Student Won Bronze Prize in the Young Rising Stars of Science Award 2021

Congratulations to Miss Kanchan Kumalo, the Food Science and Technology student who won the bronze medal in the “Young Rising Stars of Science Award 2021 (YRSS) in Food Technology” for her undergrad research project of school of Agro-Industry, Mae Fah Luang University. The project entitled “Development of Plant-based Cheddar Cheese using Response Surface Methodology (RSM)” was supervised by Asst. Prof. Wantida Homthawornchoo. The YRSS award 2021 was held virtually on October 7, 2021, in the 47th International Congress on Science, Technology and Technology-Based Innovation (STT 47) to inspire the young scientists to present their research in Science and Technology.
