Miss Ampaka Mafu (4th year student in Food Science and Technology Program) won the gold medal in the Young Rising Stars of Science award 2022 under the research entitled “ Whole wheat bread enriched with cricket powder as an alternative protein” under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Saroat Rawdkuen. The competition was a part of the 48th International Congress on Science, Technology and Technology-based Innovation (STT48) held in Walailak University this year.
