School of Agro-Industry, MFU Joins in Organizing the Regional National Science Week 2025
The School of Agro-Industry, Mae Fah Luang University, co-organized the “Regional National Science Week 2025” under the theme “Science in Action for Sustainable Community” during 18–20 August 2025 at Mae Fah Luang University, Chiang Rai. The event featured a wide range of academic activities and exhibitions aimed at enhancing knowledge and understanding of science, technology, and innovation.
Students from the School of Agro-Industry showcased several engaging projects and exhibitions, including:
“Eggscellence Center: Food Science is No Yolk” – an interactive activity on food science through hands-on egg experiments such as protein denaturation and coagulation, pH levels, egg foam formation, emulsifiers, and food safety.
“Farm-to-Fridge” – an exhibition highlighting knowledge of the agricultural supply chain.
The event was filled with fun and learning opportunities, drawing enthusiastic participation from children, students, and visitors alike.
