Special Lecture in “Principle of Food Product Marketing” Enhancing Perspectives in Modern Food Marketing

On 7–8 November 2025, the School of Agro-Industry, Mae Fah Luang University, was honored to welcome Asst. Prof. Dr. Peerapong Wongthahan, lecturer from the Food Technology Program, Faculty of Technology, Khon Kaen University, as a guest speaker for second-year students of the Food Science and Technology Innovation program in the course Principle of Food Product Marketing.

The lecture covered key topics, including:

  • Creating Competitive Advantage

  • Sustainable Marketing: Social Responsibility and Ethics

The session emphasized strategic marketing concepts, sustainable competitive advantage, as well as ethics and social responsibility in food marketing.

This activity aimed to broaden students’ perspectives by learning in-depth marketing concepts directly from an expert in the field. The knowledge gained will support students in product planning, food innovation development, and applying these concepts effectively in their future careers.
