The School of Agro-Industry, Mae Fah Luang University, organized the Leadership Training Workshop under the Soft Skills Development Program for third-year students on January 17, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Room E4A-518, Mae Fah Luang University. This activity was conducted to strengthen and develop leadership skills, as well as essential skills for working in the 21st century, focusing on key topics including: 1) Negotiation Skills and 2) Collaboration Skills.
During the activity, students participated in hands-on workshops, had opportunities to exchange ideas, practice teamwork, and learn from real-life experiences. On this occasion, the School was honored to have:
Assistant Professor Dr. Nattaya Tawichai from the School of Science, and
Dr. Sirirung Wongsakul from the School of Agro-Industry,
as guest speakers who shared their knowledge, experiences, and perspectives on leadership in a friendly and engaging manner, helping students better understand their roles both as leaders and team members effectively.
This activity reflects the commitment of the School of Agro-Industry to prepare students with well-rounded skills, both academic and life skills, to confidently and sustainably enter the professional world and future life.
