Innovative Pineapple Waste Products Win Special Prize at ITEX 2025

at the 36th International Invention, Innovation & Technology Exhibition (ITEX 2025)

at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), Malaysia.

Project Significance:
This innovation exemplifies how agricultural waste can be transformed into value-added functional food products. It promotes environmental sustainability, nutritional enhancement, and economic upliftment of pineapple-growing communities in Northern Thailand.
