Thai-German Forum on a Sustainable Horticultural Value Chain for High-Valued Foods, part of the Value Chain Management for a Sustainable World project under the “Reinventing University System 2023,” is scheduled for December 7-8, 2023.
This symposium aims to facilitate the exchange of knowledge in interdisciplinary research focusing on horticulture, postharvest, and packaging materials. The event will feature a visiting professor from ATB, Germany, and eight speakers from Thailand, representing institutions such as MFU, PSU, KU, SUT, CMU, and MTEC. The symposium is prepared to address upcoming challenges and opportunities in our interconnected research world.
